A number of people have asked me to keep them in the loop about my experiences while earning my MBA at Queen's University. I also wanted to keep a journal of sorts to reflect upon when it is all over.
This blog will accomplish both! I hope I can be as eloquent as you all expect me to be!

Some things to remember
I found these on a web page and they seem to fit my focus today as I try to finish three assignments:
"A clear idea is one that fits on the back of a business card."
"Read your work out loud to locate problems. If you run out of breath, the sentence is too long."
I am a business coach and the owner of a Concierge Home Services Franchise.
The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that our clients are pleased with our service. One went as far as saying that they were willing to give up grocery money, if necessary, to keep our services. Wow, what a compliment! We have a roster of clientele who provides us with unsolicited feedback like this on a regular basis.
It wasn't an easy start and I definitely had a few knocks along the way. This is why I can confidently provide you with coaching - helping you avoid the mistakes I made.
